bureau^proberts was commissioned by the Australian Sino Marina Development Group to develop a master plan for Zhongzhai Bay in China. Situated in Xiamen, the 1.77 million metre square site spans over the eastern and western side of the Zhongzhai Bay water. The proposed master plan incorporates a premium marina with surrounding commercial, residential and recreational developments. The master plan was presented to the Chinese authority and site owner in Xiamen.
