A transparent environment with a strong indoor/outdoor feel was created for this James Street eatery. The dynamic open plan fit-out achieves a sense of unity with the market complex by continuing the height and scale of the space beyond.

Sight line have been kept low inside the tenancy through table height display carts, perimeter window seating and product shelving which can be viewed from inside or out. Suspended elements complement this.

The design enhances the volume of the space and creates a relaxed, accessible feel for this successful new business, the first in a series of Spoon Deli/Cafe to open across Brisbane.
