slowness of light

The linear nature of the Saville hotel lobby is highlighted with an artwork by Sandra Selig who created a striking and ethereal piece that engages with its space. The artwork transforms with the changing qualities of light in the space throughout the day and evening. The suspended opaque glass panels evoke a delicate tension between the hard glass and the airy space it inhabits. bureau^proberts work with Sandra Selig and Urban Art Projects in designing the installation that engages with the semi public foyer space and the Grey Street Boulevard. The work is titled “Slowness of Light”.
