One of the first Transport Orientated Developments in Brisbane, this double residential tower development boasts a 20 storey and 8 storey form which is sited directly opposite Milton Station on Railway Terrace. The street edge is activated with a number of small retail outlets including a café/restaurant facing the common.

The project seeks to extend the Park Road retail strip to better connect with the train, Suncorp Stadium and the city. The building replaces the existing low density character residential and light industrial uses and is consistent with Brisbane Urban Renewals Vision and the South East Queensland Plan. The design responds to the views and local context.

The main residential tower is tall and thin, providing a visual marker to the new precinct whilst maximising prime city & northern views. The smaller tower provides balance and steps and connects the project to the street. The street edge is highly activated in what is a flood prone area.

The highly articulate façade connects and integrates with the surrounding context in a contemporary manner which reinterprets and strengthens the existing language.
