Located centrally within the Bowen Hills Heart it strives to add to an exemplar precinct for inner city living and embraces Brisbane’s growing demand for intelligent and environmentally responsive design for affordability. The design response is driven by the need to create living spaces that connect with their aspect and views and contribute to developing local character of the Bowen Hills Heart precinct.
