The Encon project provided new commercial headquarters and warehouse facilities for a local manufacturing business. The project consisted of approximately 700sqm of office space and associated warehouse and storage.

The office component focused on providing a secure and responsive working environment adjacent to the manufacturing business. The use of connected spaces and climatic screening were used to create this environment.
