Owners have now moved into the SW1 townhouse development at South Brisbane. This unique development by Property Solutions created 38 new dwellings in a contemporary terrace house arrangement as part of the wider SW1 precinct of South Bank. The project is a welcome insertion of housing so close to the centre of Brisbane with the three and four storey dwellings providing a mix of density and family housing. The designs will have applications in parts of Brisbane and other cities as we explore new modes of living in the urban context.
