The Holy Rosary School classroom building and covered area in Windsor was opened in September 2010 and is the first of our 18 Building the Education Revolution projects currently underway for Catholic Primary Schools in South East Queensland. The two storey addition to this small inner city Brisbane school consists of a straightforward blade wall and roof to shield the library, classroom and covered area space from the adjacent main road. Strong simple forms and bold colours are used within the covered area to create a vibrant space within the simple roof and external shell.
