bureau^proberts is a diverse architecture and design firm that has evolved from our dynamic beginnings in Queensland, Australia in 1990. 

The practice is focused on creating successful outcomes for our clients through an approach that combines creativity with commercial awareness.

The changing urban fabric of Queensland has been a catalyst for our work to provide innovative solutions for living, working and learning in the subtropical context. We have applied this approach to projects nationally and internationally including the National Police Memorial in Canberra and the KAUST Beacon project in Saudi Arabia.

The exploration of the practice in the wider areas of design and process has seen our involvement in a number of unique projects including public architecture, product design and invention.

The work of our team and the practice is consistently recognised for design excellence through the Australian Institute of Architects and other peak industry bodies. A selection of our projects recently represented the region at the Shanghai World Expo 2010.
